The hottest Cajun party this side of the MIssissipi is back! The 2015 Cajunfest, presented by The Rotary Club of Edinburg & "Service over Self" Foundation, a 501(c) 3, is back!!
This year Cajunfest will take place Saturday, February 14 at the famous Echo Hotel & Conference Center. Doors open at 6PM and your ticket includes: Authentic Cajun cuisine (more than 12 delectable entress plus sides), beverages galore, live music, entertainment, dancing, poker tournament, top-quality blackboard, tabletop and live auction items for your shopping pleasure!
